Acquisition of AIRSPEC
We are very pleased to announce that Fieldair Engineering have recently completed the purchase of the assets of Airspec (NZ) Limited and Aviation Ground Services NZ Limited (AGS).
AGS is based at Wellington Airport and undertakes GSE maintenance for a number of airlines.
AIRSPEC is based at both Wellington and Auckland Airports and provides GPU sales, GPU parts sales, GPU maintenance, and GPU leasing to a wide range of aircraft operators and airports throughout NZ and the Pacific.
This acquisition adds to our range of aviation ground support services and through increasing the number of airports that we now operate from places us in a good position to further expand our full range of services throughout NZ.
